Cloud ECM supports bid and proposal management

US Investigations Services has chosen a software solution to enhance its bid and proposal management initiatives.

USIS, which provides background investigation services for the federal government, has selected Privia by SpringCM, a cloud enterprise content management provider, to improve collaboration and communication across its business development and proposal management teams. The solution will also help ensure that USIS staff can easily access and repurpose a library of proposal content that was housed in various shared drives, PCs and Microsoft SharePoint.

Richard Tallman, VP of business development at USIS, says, “We need a solution to efficiently manage our entire proposal life cycle. Additionally we need to supply our teaming partners with a means to provide proposal input without having to e-mail documents and juggle versions. The solution also enables the USIS team to quickly access proposal information, maintain document configuration control and consistently use proposal management best practices, according to SpringCM.
