Personalizing customer experience at every touchpoint

To help expand its global retail business, American Apparel has chosen a solution consisting of Oracle ATG Web Commerce and Oracle ATG Web Commerce Customer Service. The software delivers a personalized customer experience across all channels including the Web, contact center, mobile devices, social media and in stores, according to Oracle.

American Apparel wanted a scalable, reliable platform with the ability to personalize offers, cross-sell merchandise and extend the commerce environment to meet specific requirements, Oracle reports. The implementation is part of American Apparel’s larger business strategy to increase revenue, reduce inventory costs and extend merchandising operations worldwide.
