Hyland acquires AnyDoc

In a move designed to boost its ability to deliver successful capture-enabled solutions, Hyland Software has acquired AnyDoc. The companies say the AnyDoc data capture and classification technologies will enhance Hyland’s end-to-end solutions in vertical markets such as healthcare, insurance and financial services, and in departmental solutions such as accounts payable and mailroom.

The OnBase and AnyDoc product suites have a long integration history, and steps will be taken to strengthen the integration and ties between the OnBase and AnyDoc products. AnyDoc has been developing its flagship software, OCR for AnyDoc, since 1989.
