SharePoint cloud collaboration with DocAve from AvePoint

AvePoint has released DocAve Online, a software platform for organizations using Office 365 – SharePoint Online. The company says the new product makes it possible for organizations to give up control over their physical servers without sacrificing control over users, permissions and content. DocAve Online provides robust tools for administration, backup and management of Office 365 – SharePoint Online instances with a reduced total cost of ownership and less hardware for IT administrators to maintain.

AvePoint cites the following business benefits of DocAve Online:
