Why BlackBerry’s Enterprise Documentation team made the move to XML Documentation for Adobe Experience Manager

After company-wide restructuring and a series of personnel changes, BlackBerry’s Enterprise Documentation team was faced with a unique challenge: how do you maintain a complex CCMS and in-house documentation website when the IT team that administered those resources no longer exists?
